Before working with Kirsty I'd never been into fitness and my weight had fluctuated over the years, trying every fad diet along the way. I've lost 2 stone. I've learned and felt the benefits of good nutrition and since becoming stronger the back pain I have suffered with for years I have not had again. My confidence has soared and I stepped way out of my comfort zone with a photoshoot just before my 60th birthday. I'm fitter and healthier than I've been in years.
